Full DWI Case Evaluation and Representation

receive a copy of your DWI videotape. That case evaluation will include his assessment
of your videotape as well as his opinion of your trial. The assessment will include a

tests, your performance on the tests, the blood or breath test results, the relevant DWI
law, as well as your options.
ALR (administrative license revocation) hearings
If you hire The Law Office of Jake Jenkins within fifteen days after your arrest for DWI, Mr.
Jenkins can request a hearing to fight the automatic suspension of your license.
Requesting this hearing is the only way to save your license. These hearings also
provide valuable information which can help your pending criminal case.
Occupational Driver's License
Even if your license is suspended as a result of your DWI arrest, you may be eligible for
an occupational or essential needs driver's license. Jake Jenkins will be able to
discuss your eligibility as well as the requirements of the court. If you are eligible, Jake
Jenkins charges $450.00 to file a petition in a misdemeanor court. The office will cover
the filing fees. It is important that you not drive with a suspended license. If you drive
with a suspended license, you face the potential for another arrest and additional
charges.
